Any good mathematicians out there that can help me on this two problems? I'll give you brainliest plus the 25 points it comes with

Question
Answer:
Hello!!

So we have for the first question standard form for slope=8/3; and coordinate point (-2,0)

So y-y1=m(x-x1)

y-0=8/3(x-(-2))
y=8/3x + 16/3

Now multiply through by 3/3 to clear fractions and we get standard form.

3y=8x+16 then rearrange and we get 8x-3y+16=0 is standard form.

Point slope form for (-5,6) and (3,-10)

y-y1=m(x-x1)

-10-6=m(3-(-5)) so -16=m8 so m= -8/16= -1/2

So now picking any coordinate point we get

y-(-10)=-1/2(x-3)

y=-1/2x +3/2 -10 so y= -1/2x +3/2 - 20/2 we finally get

y=-1/2x-17/3 in point slope form.

Hope this helps you!!! Any questions please ask!! Thank you so much!!
